Material	Mild steel , in China we usually use Q235, which similar to grade 250(AUS), A283(USA). we can also use Q345 which is similar to grade 350 (AUS), A210(USA). This gives you amazing value through greatly increased product life.
Thickness of plates used	3mm M/S plate for sides and 4mm M/S for floor.  Thicker plates are available based on your requirements.

Our lifting lugs are tested and one piece forged, which are much stronger and more beautiful than the ones welded. Each skip bin will has 8 lifting lugs, four short ones and four longer ones for tipping.

Crane Lifting Eyes

We have folded crane lifting eyes on the top rail of skip bins, all these crane lifting eyes can be tested here and videos can be provided for your certificates in your country.

Drop door

 A different design is used to replace the door hinges outside with reinforced slot inside the RHS, in this way, we can load more bins per stack which means we can save some freight cost for our customers.

Packing Details: No packing , loaded in shipping container.(Usually we stack your bins with foam to protect your painting , also we can provide some paint with the bins for fixing when you got the bins)

Delivery Details: Shipped in 30 days after payment. (Usually we need 30% as deposit, and balanced will be paid after sending you the scanned copy of documents like B/L, Invoice packing list and so on)

2 Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jangsu Province, China, which is about 350 kms far from Shanghai. You can take the train from Shanghai to Yangzhou, we can pick you up there. And there are other ways to come to our company, we can talk more talk if you can contact us. In one word, we can do more to make it easier to visit us.
